answer text <p>The powers conferred by the Protection of Wrecks Act 1973 relate to wreck sites located in UK territorial waters. They do not extend to those located in the territorial waters of other nations or in international waters.</p><p>Currently, 54 wreck sites located in UK territorial waters adjacent to England, and 1 wreck site located in UK territorial waters adjacent to Northern Ireland, are protected under the terms of section 1 of the 1973 Act (‘protection of sites of historic wrecks’).</p><p>Responsibility for the operation of section 1 of the 1973 Act in Scotland and Wales is a devolved matter. The number of wreck sites currently protected under the terms of section 1 of the 1973 Act in UK territorial waters adjacent to Scotland and Wales is understood to be 0 and 6, respectively.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>Gig workers or those on zero-hours contracts may be entitled to Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) if they meet all eligibility criteria. However, SSP is just one part of our welfare safety net and our wider government offer of support.</p><p> </p><p>Many of those earning below £120 per week, who are not eligible for SSP, are already in receipt of benefits. For those on Universal Credit, their award will rise if their income falls.</p><p>Those who are not already in receipt of benefits may claim Universal Credit and/or new style Employment and Support Allowance, depending on their individual circumstances.</p><p> </p><p>Self-employed people unable to work because they are directly affected by COVID-19 or who are self-isolating will also be eligible for Contributory Employment and Support Allowance which is now payable from the first day of sickness, rather than the eighth.</p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>The Emergency Care Intensive Support Team (ECIST) is focused on helping 27 urgent and emergency care systems across England that are under the most pressure to deliver real improvements in quality, safety and patient flow. ECIST is also resourced to provide expert input to the eight urgent and emergency care vanguards.</p><p>Since April 2016, the team has offered limited improvement support to a small group of trusts at the request of NHS Improvement regional teams.</p> more like this
