answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/11/2023 answer text <p>The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 – which, in part, are designed to prevent contamination of drinking water supplies from water fittings – do not cover the design of boilers or hot water tanks, including the materials they are constructed from. If a consumer suspects that their drinking water is contaminated, they should contact their local water company who will investigate. If the cause of contamination is identified as occurring from plumbing inside the property, water companies will provide instructions to the consumer on remedial action to consider such as replacement or repair of the defective component. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/05/2021 answer text <p>The policy of No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF) has been upheld by successive governments and maintains that those seeking to establish their family life in the UK must do so on a basis that prevents burdens on the taxpayer and promotes integration.</p><p>In the case of ST vs SSHD the High Court dismissed five of the six grounds raised by the claimant challenging the lawfulness of the policy. The exercise will collect data on residential buildings 18 metres and over covering private and social buildings, student accommodation and hotels in England.
