<p>We are aware of reports from non-governmental organisations on the human rights situation in Indian-administered Kashmir, and we continue to follow developments in the region. We are clear that allegations of human rights abuses must be investigated thoroughly, promptly and transparently. We regularly raise concerns through our High Commission in Delhi as appropriate.</p>
