Reducing reliance on mental health inpatient care for people with a learning disability and autistic people remains a key commitment for the National Health Service, re-affirmed in 2023/24 NHS planning guidance for local systems.</p><p>Each integrated care board (ICB) produces a five year joint forward plan with partner trusts and foundation trusts. This will include the needs of the entire local population, including people with a learning disability and autistic people.</p><p>In May 2023, NHS England published statutory guidance on Executive Lead roles within ICBs including the requirement to have a lead for learning disability and autism. The guidance states that the role of the ICB executive lead for learning disability and autism is to support the Chief Executive and the Board so that the ICB performs its functions effectively in the interests of people with a learning disability and autistic people in the local area.</p><p>As committed to in the Building the Right Support Action Plan, NHS England has published refreshed guidance on Dynamic Support Registers and Care (Education) Treatment Reviews which sets out expectations for ICBs on which people with a learning disability and autistic people should be added to the local dynamic support register, and about what actions should follow as a result of a person being on a register.</p> answering member constituency Lewes answering member printed Maria Caulfield question first answered 28/06/2023 11:17:10 answering member 4492 label Biography information for Maria Caulfield

answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/04/2021 answer text <p>HMRC’s statutory duty of taxpayer confidentiality prevents it from commenting on the specifics of any case. HMRC do not break costs down by individual investigations. They are funded by Government to investigate serious tax fraud and deploy resources to achieve value for money overall.<strong> </strong>HMRC closely collaborates with the Environment Agency, relevant local authorities and the Crown Prosecution Service during the course of investigations into landfill tax fraud. To date there has been no prosecution into landfill tax fraud, but over the last five years, HMRC’s civil compliance activity has prevented more than £1billion in incorrect landfill tax repayment claims and it has stepped in to protect £125m of tax that would otherwise have gone unpaid. We do not have any role in setting Coalition policy, or executing air strikes in Yemen. We continue to emphasise to all members of the Coalition the vital importance of compliance with international humanitarian law (IHL), press for action to address the humanitarian crisis, and encourage all parties to engage in the UN-led political process in good faith.</p><p>The UK regularly encourages Saudi Arabia to conduct thorough and conclusive investigations into reports of alleged violations of international humanitarian law.
