The annual environmental monitoring and dose assessment reports from Sellafield Ltd and the annual Radioactivity in Food and the Environment (RIFE) reports produced by the environmental regulators (including the Scottish Environment Protection Agency) provide comprehensive assessments of the impacts of discharges from the Sellafield site to the environment.</p><p> </p><p>The RIFE report for 2022 shows that total radioactive discharges from Sellafield decreased in 2022 as compared to 2021.</p><p> </p><p>Their assessments are based on the extensive environmental monitoring programmes conducted by the operators and regulators and both programmes are conclusive that the environmental impacts of the Sellafield site are within legal limits. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/06/2021 answer text <p>The Royal Holloway University’s report has rightly recognised that the Covid-19 pandemic has created an incredibly challenging working environment for prison staff. Ensuring that all staff that work in our prisons are well supported and able to thrive at work has long been, and remains, a high priority for the Ministry of Justice and HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS).</p><p>On 21 March 2021, the Government published its COVID-19 mental health and wellbeing recovery action plan, which sets out a range of ambitious policies that seek to address the mental health impacts linked to the pandemic felt across all sections of society. Within the plan, HMPPS outlined some new interventions and services it has put in place to support staff. We are removing barriers to the growth of accelerated courses, which particularly appeal to mature students.</p><p> </p><p>EU students make an important contribution to our universities and we want that to continue. To help provide certainty for EU students as we exit the EU, the Government has confirmed that EU students starting their courses in the academic year 18/19 or before will continue to be eligible for student loans and home fee status and will have a right to remain in the UK to complete their course. While it is disappointing to see the fall in EU numbers in the UCAS data, we welcome the rise in the number of 18 year olds from non-EU countries applying to study in the UK.
