The estimates for the tax years 2017-2018 to 2020-2021can be found at the following link:</p><p> </p><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/income-of-individuals-with-self-employment-sources-2010-to-2011" target="_blank">Table 3.10.</a></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p> </p>Notes<ol><li>The tables are based on individuals with sources of self-employment income, whether taxpayers or not, and the source is the Survey of Personal Incomes (SPI).</li><li>Estimates for 2018-2019 to 2020-2021 are not comparable with the estimate for 2017-2018 due to a methodological change. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/05/2022 answer text <p>The NHS Long Term Plan committed to improve cancer services to increase the proportion of cancers diagnosed at Stage 1 and 2 to 75% by 2028. This aims to ensure that an additional 55,000 people each year will survive cancer for at least five years after their diagnosis. We are currently analysing the responses submitted through the call for evidence to develop the 10 Year Cancer Plan, which will be published later this year. The Plan will provide further detail on how we will improve cancer services.</p><p>The Department invests in health research through the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR). In 2020/21, the NIHR’s expenditure on cancer research was £73.5 million. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/05/2021 answer text <p>The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) has put in place a number of measures to increase practical driving tests. These include offering overtime and annual leave buy back to examiners, asking all those qualified to conduct tests, but who do not do so as part of their current day job, to return to conducting tests, and conducting out of hours testing (such as on public holidays). The DVSA has also started a recruitment campaign to increase the number of examiners. The aim is to increase testing capacity and reduce the backlog as quickly as possible, whilst maintaining a COVID-secure service for customers and examiners.</p><p> </p><p>As at 10 May 2021, the average waiting time for a practical driving test is (a) England 13.4 weeks, (b) Herefordshire (Hereford driving test centre) 15 weeks, (c) North Herefordshire (Ludlow driving test centre) 14 weeks.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The DVSA is currently recruiting up to 300 new driving examiners. DFID’s current energy supplier for both offices are EDF Energy for electricity. DFID’s energy is contracted via the Cabinet Office’s Crown Commercial Service Framework. DFID intends to take advantage of renewable energy options under the new Crown Commercial Service Framework when putting in place new energy supply arrangements.
