answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/05/2024 answer text <p>The Welsh language provision of DWP’s Bereavement Service has not been closed down.</p><p>The Bereavement Service includes:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Making an application for a Bereavement Support Payment</li><li>Reporting a death</li><li>Applying for Funeral Expenses</li></ul><p> </p><p>Bereavement teams within Regional Pension Centres (RPCs) provide this service. A Welsh team in Swansea Pension Centre supports the Welsh language service. This can be accessed by calling 0800 731 0453.</p><p> </p><p>Those reporting a death, who have a Tell Us Once Reference Number, provided by the Registrar, can report a death on-line through the Tell Us Once service, which is also available in Welsh [<a href="https://www.gov.uk/ar-ol-marwolaeth/dywedwch-wrthym-unwaith" target="_blank">Beth i'w wneud ar ôl i rywun farw: Dywedwch Wrthym Unwaith -GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)</a>] or by calling 0800 085 7308 and selecting option 1 to speak to someone in Welsh. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/12/2021 answer text <p>An average cost per prisoner, costs per prison place and overall prison unit costs for each private and public sector prison in England and Wales are routinely published by Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS). This information is produced on an annual basis and is published after the end of each financial year on the gov.uk website.</p><p> </p><p>The overall average annual costs for keeping an individual in a prison is £42,670, which is taken from the latest published Prison Unit Cost statistics, for 2019-20. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/05/2020 answer text <p>To date, HS2 Ltd, acting as agents for the Secretary of State, has taken possession of nearly 60sq km of land and paid £1.74 billion for acquisitions in Phase One.</p><p> </p><p>Where land is being acquired under statutory blight provisions, 216 of blight cases (86%) have a ‘full and final’ settlement.</p><p> </p><p>Where land has been acquired through compulsory purchase, compensation claims have been submitted in 460 cases. Many claimants have not requested full and final payment. As of 4 May 2020, HS2 Ltd has received Advance Payment Requests on 313 cases and further compensation claims (in addition to Advance Payment Requests) on 147 cases. Of these 147 cases, 15 (10%) have been settled as a ‘full and final’ settlement. In the other 132 cases, claimants have either reserved the right to make further compensation claims or negotiation continues.</p><p> </p><p>For payments where HS2 Ltd has possessed land temporarily, 246 claims have been submitted. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/01/2018 answer text <p>Feeling suicidal, or the risk of suicide, would not be considered to be permanent adverse reactions.</p><p>Mefloquine is effective in the prevention and treatment of malaria and is approved by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), which regulates medication in the United Kingdom. As with all medicines, the MHRA keeps the safety of mefloquine under continual review.
