<p>Part 3 of the Scottish Partnerships (Register of People with Significant Control) Regulations 2017 requires the registration of Scottish qualifying partnerships. This applies only to general partnerships constituted under the law of Scotland. A Scottish Limited Partnership is not required to submit this information.</p>
