answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/10/2019 answer text <p>Since 2015-16, schools in England have been receiving £2,300 of pupil premium plus funding for each child recorded on their census as having left the care of an English or Welsh local authority on a special guardianship order.</p><p> </p><p>Children who are subject to a special guardianship order, without having been in local authority care, attract pupil premium if they have been registered for free school meals at any point in the last six years. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/10/2019 answer text <p>The published draft HM Treasury Directions set out circumstances where the power to relax restrictions must be exercised (“mandatory cases”) and may be exercised (“discretionary cases”). In discretionary cases, the relevant delegated authority must submit a business case to the sponsoring department for approval of the Principal Accounting Officer and the relevant Minister before submitting the business case to HM Treasury for approval.
