answer text <p>The questionnaire for the 2018 Civil Service People Survey is not yet finalised. Proposals for changes to the questionnaire will be considered in consultation with relevant stakeholders and building on the available evidence. Presenteeism is one area being actively considered.</p><p> </p><p>Limited changes are made to the questionnaire over time to maintain a useful time series and to keep the survey at a manageable length.
