answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/09/2023 answer text <p>As a direct result of the lessons identified during and post Operation FORTIS, embarked engineering workforce levels were significantly increased, in recognition of the additional workload and fatigue associated with embarked operations. Since 2021, RAF Marham has been subject to two external third-party audits, with the most recent concluding that previously identified shortfalls had been resolved, or that appropriate corrective action plans were in place. The unit maintains a full internal quality audit programme with regular continuous-improvement events and independent engineering standard evaluations. question text	To ask Her Majesty's Government, following the answer by Baroness Vere of Norbiton on 21 October (HL Deb, col 1532), whether contracts have been agreed for the work to be undertaken under Stage 2 (Develop) of the Rail Network Enhancements Pipeline (RNEP) relating to the reinstatement of the railway between Colne and Skipton; if so, with which persons or organisation were these contracts awarded to; whether this work has been paused as part of the review of the schemes in the RNEP; if so, when they expect a decision will be made to restart or otherwise; and what is the current status of the Colne-Skipton project.

The correct position of this scheme is that, following advice on the outcome of previous feasibility work, we have asked officials to bring forward specific proposals for approval for initial ‘Develop’ stage work on this reinstatement. Therefore, no contracts have been agreed yet. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/09/2018 answer text <p>Sudan remains a Human Rights Priority Country for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. I visited Sudan between 3-5 September and raised religious freedoms, including for Christians, with senior members of the government. I also met a number of Christian and Muslim religious leaders to hear directly from them about their experiences. Freedom of religion or belief is a core part of the human rights element of the UK-Sudan Strategic Dialogue, and will be discussed at the sixth round in October this year, as it was at the fifth round in April.
