<p>Commissioners in Northamptonshire County Council have responsibility for strategic financial management, governance and scrutiny and the appointment of statutory officers. How they carry out their role on a day to day basis is for them to determine. They are working closely with the leadership team at the Council, including meeting with elected Members.</p>
