Since July, Iran has exceeded key JCPoA limits on uranium enrichment, uranium stockpiles and on 7 September announced suspension of the JCPoA's nuclear research and development restrictions. We are deeply concerned by Iran's steps to reduce compliance with the deal. PSD officials meet with the MPS frequently to discuss anticipated or ongoing issues, which can include intimidation of Parliamentarians and staff by protestors when entering and leaving the estate.</p><p>PSD holds a weekly meeting with the MPS, Black Rod and the Serjeant at Arms to assess forthcoming events for potential issues around access and security, enabling PSD and MPS responses to be updated accordingly. For security reasons we do not provide details of security arrangements.</p><p>When high levels of protest activity are expected, Parliamentarians are sent communications advising them of access information and security advice. Friend, for East Hampshire on 10 July. They have been developed by student accommodation provider Unite Students, who will offer schools and colleges the workshop resources for teaching Years 12 and 13 pupils about independent living, managing personal finances, developing and maintaining relationships and also how and where to access support, should they go to university. The sessions have no focus on cooking or changing bedsheets, and government has no official policy in these areas.</p><p>Data show that 7.6% of entrants to full-time first degrees in England in 2016/17 did not continue with their studies in the following year. Our priority is to reduce the proportion of undergraduates who discontinue their studies for whatever reason. Providing the right pastoral care will contribute to this.</p><p>The Leap Skills workshops are being promoted to schools and colleges through the Education Transitions Network created by the former Secretary of State for Education (Damian Hinds), my right hon. The Future of Mobility Urban Strategy, published on 19 March 2019, includes a Regulatory Review to address the challenges of ensuring our transport infrastructure and regulation are fit for the future. One strand of this will look at options for enabling micromobility devices, which include electric scooters. The review will consider a wide range of issues, including international experience of the deployment of electric scooters to ascertain what lessons may be learned and applied to the UK. These commit countries to developing open and free to access registers of beneficial ownership information by 2023.</p><p>Under the Fifth Anti-Money Laundering Directive, EU Member States are required to implement publicly accessible registers of company beneficial ownership information. In June 2019 the governments of Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man announced that they plan to implement their own publicly accessible registers of company beneficial ownership in line with EU norms.</p><p>In addition a growing number of countries already have public company beneficial ownership registers. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/07/2019 answer text <p>​The UK has had a public register of company beneficial ownership since 2016 and the Government is spearheading an international campaign that seeks to make public registers the global norm by 2023, working with our international partners.</p><p>The Crown Dependencies recently committed to implement their own publicly accessible registers of company beneficial ownership in line with EU norms and Gibraltar has passed legislation which will allow it to introduce publically accessible registers.</p><p>The other Overseas Territory (OTs) Governments are working together, and with the UK Government, to ensure they remain in step with international standards on transparency. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/07/2019 answer text <p>Her Majesty’s Government appreciates the efforts of all of the volunteers in the Coastguard Rescue Service who often operate in hazardous environments, and it is important that volunteers operate safely and stay in touch with the operation centres.</p><p> </p><p>The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) has a Code of Contact which provides the standards by which their Coastguard Rescue Officers (CROs) are expected to follow. This Code sets out the policies, processes and standards for the MCA’s volunteers and includes a three-stage disciplinary process– investigation, disciplinary meeting and appeal meeting.
