answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/08/2024 answer text <p>Energy efficiency improvements remain the best way to tackle fuel poverty in the long term, contributing to the reduction of energy bills, as well as reducing carbon emissions in line with Net Zero.</p><p> </p><p>The Warm Homes Plan will offer grants and low interest loans to support investment in insulation, low carbon heating and other home improvements to cut bills. Over 1300 individuals and organisations submitted a response and 14 public consultation events were held, both face-to-face across Great Britain, and virtually. The consultation responses are now being considered and decisions will be taken in due course.</p><p> </p><p>The department has developed estimates of the impacts of these proposals on disabled people. We are continuing to refine these estimates as responses to the consultation are considered. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/11/2019 answer text <p>No assessment has been made of the effects of literacy and numeracy on trends in unemployment in the Romford constituency.</p><p> </p><p>All claimants, including those in Romford, are screened by their Job Centre Plus Work Coaches for any barriers to employment that they face, including their literacy and numeracy skills.</p><p> </p><p>In particular, the review of skills considers whether claimants have the basic skills employers require - including Maths and English (spoken and written).</p><p> </p><p>Where needed, claimants can access or be referred to skills provision, with activities recorded in the Claimant Commitment.</p><p> </p><p>Under this Government since 2010 unemployment across the country has fallen by nearly 1.2 million, with unemployment falling in every region and country of the UK.</p><p> </p><p>In Jul 2009 - Jun 2010 the employment rate for Romford was estimated at 70.1%. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/07/2017 answer text <p>Health organisations across North London are working with NHS England and NHS Improvement to make sure they deliver safe and effective patient care within budget. North London Sustainability and Transformation partnership consists of health organisations and local authorities across the London boroughs of Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington.</p><p> </p><p>If holding a consultation does become appropriate as a result of planned significant service change then a full public consultation will take place. The proposals must have support from clinical commissioners, clarity on the clinical evidence base, robust patient and public engagement and support for patient choice. There is additional NHS England guidance which means that proposed service reconfigurations should be tested for their impact on overall bed numbers in the area.
