<p>As part of its preparations for Spring Statement, HM Treasury engages with a wide range of stakeholders and other government departments. The government will consult on the detail of the Future Homes Standard as part of its review of the Building Regulations energy efficiency standards in 2019, and input from stakeholders will be welcomed.</p>
