answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/03/2017 answer text <p>All CRCs are required by their contracts to make sure they have sufficient appropriately-qualified staff to deliver contractual services.</p><p> </p><p>The Community Rehabilitation Company (CRC) in Wales has given assurance that it has met its obligations under the terms of the Enhanced Voluntary Redundancy scheme, which was used between October 2015 and July 2016. However, the statutory duty for CRCs to supervise offenders released into the community from custodial sentences of 12 months or less came into force with the Offender Rehabilitation Act on 1 February 2015. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/03/2017 answer text <p>HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) does not anticipate an adverse impact on its ability to deliver any of its services in the Welsh language, including compliance activities, as a result of the locations programme.</p><p> </p><p>While HMRC plans to exit its building in Porthmadog, it will continue to have a Welsh Language Customer Services Team. It remains committed to providing services in Welsh for its Welsh speaking customers and maintaining the quality of these services in future. HMRC is working with the Department for Work and Pensions as its selected partner and, subject to commercial property negotiations, they expect to be able to continue to provide a service from North Wales.</p><p> </p><p>The HMRC office in Wrexham is scheduled to close by 2021.
