We have only gifted weapons and ammunition to the Kurdish Regional Government for use by their forces in the fight against Daesh. The export process includes a certificate which states clearly who the end user will be. We called upon the Chinese authorities to release Professor Ilham Tohti and those in detention for peacefully expressing their views.
