answer text <p>No specific assessment has been made. The commissioning of services in the National Health Service is a decision for local NHS commissioners and providers. In making these decisions they will take into account the needs of their local populations and make the best use of available resource to maximise patient outcomes.</p><p>The assessment of services such as Nimbuscare is a matter for the NHS directly. answer text <p>NHS England publishes monthly data on referral to treatment waiting times to report performance against the legal right that patients have to start consultant-led treatment within a maximum of 18 weeks from referral for non-urgent conditions.</p><p> </p><p>Waiting times for patients whose treatment started during the month and involved admission to hospital are described in the data as admitted pathways. Not all admissions to hospitals are for surgery. The Monkgate walk in service relocated to the emergency department at York Hospital in April 2012 as part of the development of an integrated urgent care centre staffed by multi-disciplinary team of medical and nursing staff to treat minor illness and injury.
