answer text <p>The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is an independent body and is responsible for the wording of its guideline recommendations. NICE has advised that it will ensure that its recommendations on the use of sodium valproate are consistent with the regulatory position, as set out by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency. The two organisations are working closely together to ensure that this is the case.</p> more like this
