<p>Before cars can be sold or registered in the UK, where fitted with LED and Xenon headlights these must comply with the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Regulations 112 and 98 respectively. All vehicles used on the UK roads must comply with the Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations 1989 (as amended).</p>
