Aid (remuneration) Regulations 2013, where some aspects of family law mediation fees

provides a free mediation service for parties involved in small claims litigation.

Family mediation (and legal advice to support family mediation) is still within

aided. In this scenario, both participants will be funded for the Mediation Information
Assessment Meeting (“MIAM”) and the first session of mediation.
