Since contractors are not employees – but employed via an agency or their own Limited Company – any records kept are brief. answer text <p>As per my answer to the hon. Member for Harrow West on 19 June 2013 (Official Report) Column Ref: 741W.</p><p>As was the case under the previous Administration, there are occasional incidents where equipment is reported lost or stolen. Staff are required to report such incidents, and cases are investigated. answer text <p> </p><p>The Commission informs me that in 2013 no items of mobile equipment were lost and in 2014 one piece of mobile equipment was lost. This was a Blackberry mobile phone which was left on a commuter train on 22 January 2014.</p><p>All Commission Blackberry’s are password protected. The Commission’s standard procedure was followed and the device was disabled and all data was remotely wiped off as soon as possible the following day. The Commission’s Information Manager was informed and an incident report was created.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this
