The UK continues to work closely with Member States to execute European Arrest Warrants. The Government will look to establish a new relationship with the European Union that includes practical arrangements on matters of law enforcement cooperation to tackle cross-border crime and to keep our people safe. The details of our new relationship will be subject to negotiations and it is too early to speculate at this stage what it may look like.
