It is not possible to submit a new claim for income-related ESA.</p><p> </p><p>As part of our proposal to improve the design of the benefits system, the UK Government is committed to maintaining a contributory health and disability benefit. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/03/2023 answer text <p>The Jobseekers Allowance Payments System which hosts Employment and Support Allowance, produces notifications based on the individual circumstances of each case which would require a letter to be sent to a customer. These notifications are then transferred in bulk to the third-party supplier responsible for bulk print management services in DWP.
