<p>Before 31 December 2014 the medical questionnaire used by Public Health England (PHE) did not routinely ask about whether aspirin, paracetamol, or ibuprofen had been taken. The questionnaire now includes a question to this effect and will be kept under review as the Secretary of State for Health explained in his statement to the house on 5 January.</p><p> </p>
