answer text
We will set out plans for dementia in England for the next 10 years shortly, which will focus on the specific health and care needs of people living with dementia and their carers, including diagnosis, risk reduction and prevention and research. We established task and finish groups in October 2021 to develop the strategy with stakeholders and received the outcome of these groups in December 2021. We updated the Dementia Programme Board on the refined proposals in March 2022. We have also worked with Alzheimer’s Society to conduct an engagement exercise on proposals for strategy proposals with people living with dementia and their carers.

more like this
