answer text <p>The value of the Ministry of Defence (MOD) inventory is shown in Note 11 to the MOD Annual Report and Accounts which is published on gov.uk at the following link:</p><p>https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/ministry-of-defence-annual-report-and-accounts-2017-to-2018.</p><p>A detailed breakdown of obsolete equipment is not held centrally and could be provided only at disproportionate cost.</p><p>The MOD continually reviews inventory holdings and, where stock is identified as surplus and no longer in use or obsolete, there are a number of disposal options, including via the Defence Equipment Sales Authority.</p> more like this
