answer text <p>Government departments do not publish details of the salary ratio of their highest to lowest paid employees. The Office for National Statistics do publish the salary ratio of highest to median earners for each Civil Service organisation. These ratios are published annually as part of <em>Civil Service Statistics </em>and can be found attached.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) specifically requires Operational Delivery Networks (ODNs) to prioritise hepatitis C patients on the basis of highest unmet clinical need, as part of a progressive rollout of treatments over the next five years.</p><p> </p><p>NHS England is funding providers to treat patients at the rate outlined in NICE’s guidance, Technology Appraisals 363, 364 and 365, apportioned to local ODNs based on local health needs. answer text <p>Expenditure incurred by other Government departments is not held by the Cabinet Office.</p><p>Spend incurred by my department on the items requested can only be obtained at disproportionate cost. However, my department has not spent money on World Cup Tickets.</p><p>This Government reduced the percentage of the Cabinet Office annual pay bill spent on in year rewards from 0.55%, prior to May 2010, to 0.25% now.</p><p> </p> more like this
