answer text <p>The Government’s 30 hours’ childcare entitlement goes live from September 2017, so data on take-up is not yet available. However, in the London borough of Newham some children are already receiving a 30 hours place as part of our early implementation programme, which is testing innovative ways of delivering 30 hours and sharing good practice to support national roll-out starting in September.</p> more like this
