answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/11/2020 answer text <p>The CPS has a strong record of bringing successful prosecutions in terrorism cases and works extremely closely with Counter Terrorism policing and partners to help build strong cases.</p><p> </p><p>The CPS does not collate or publish data on categories of offender such as British citizens who have returned to the UK.
