answer text <p>During the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, my right hon. Friend the Member for Runnymede and Weybridge (Mr Hammond)'s visit to Romania on 14 January he discussed human rights matters with Prime Minister Ponta and he discussed judicial reform with both Prime Minister Ponta and President Iohannis. On the specific case my noble Friend refers to a ruling that has recently been made.
