answer text <p>Two public consultations were carried out on the proposals. The first between 6 November 2018 and 29 January 2019 and the second between 29 May and 10 July 2019.</p><p>The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) Chief Executive and an MCA Director met with members of the London Assembly on 16 July 2019 to discuss the proposals.</p> more like this
