<p>Results from the Home Office’s ‘Commercial Victimisation Survey’ include information
on business premises’ satisfaction levels with how police handle crime in the local
area.</p><p>Police satisfaction estimates are broken down by sector and are available
for the Wholesale and retail sector. The latest estimates can be found here:</p><p><a

addition, last year the Home Office launched a call for evidence on violence and abuse
toward shop staff to help strengthen our understanding of the scale and extent of
the issue. The call for evidence has now closed and we are carefully analysing the
responses before deciding what further action may be required. We intend to publish
the Government’s response in due course.</p>
