<p>The House of Lords is a public authority for the purposes of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000. The provisions of the Act apply to recorded information held by the House
of Lords Administration, except for information described in the Freedom of Information
(Parliament and National Assembly for Wales) Order 2008 which is available at: <a
