<p>The attached table shows local councils which have been judged inadequate for Children’s
Social Care Services by Ofsted since 2012.</p><p>Rotherham is the only local council
to have had executive commissioners take over and exercise council children’s services
functions since 2012. However, since 2012 the following local councils have had a
non-executive children’s services commissioner appointed to review how services are
delivered, whether those services should remain in council control and direct improvements:</p><p>
