NHS England has advised us that it does not hold the required information. NHS England allocates money to clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) who go on to commission services from hospitals. CCGs also commission certain services directly, for example, specialised services and primary care. Some services are not provided by the National Health Service, for example children’s social services.
