<p>Working with the Home Office and NHS England, the Department of Health and Social Care will monitor the implementation of Right Care, Right Person and its implications for service users. The Departments have jointly commissioned integrated care boards and local authorities to complete a survey to determine progress towards developing plans to implement Right Care, Right Person and to provide local areas with the opportunity to highlight any identified challenges or barriers to implementation, including additional resources required.</p>
