answer text <p>NHS England and NHS Improvement are responsible for delivering the commitments set out in the NHS Long Term Plan, and it is this Government’s priority to support them in getting the implementation right. The National Health Service will publish an implementation framework for the Plan in spring 2019, setting out how the commitments will be delivered by local systems.</p><p> </p><p>The Government will monitor delivery against the Plan and hold the NHS to account.</p> more like this
