Any Ministerial Direction is automatically referred to the National Audit Office, who would be expected to communicate it to the Public Accounts Committee. NAO and PAC will announce their next steps in due course. The Government commissioned an independent review of financial and governance controls at Kids Company in 2014. This is published on gov.uk
