<p>In Bonn, our departmental negotiators will be working towards a successful outcome at the Lima COP in December this year, where we want to: i) pave the way for countries to bring forward their post-2020 emissions reduction offers for the new agreement in early 2015, ii) agree the elements of the draft negotiating text for Paris, and iii) agree on the next steps on enhanced action to close the pre-2020 mitigation gap.</p>
