answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/01/2021 answer text <p>BEIS estimates a constant load factor and availability across the lifetime of an offshore wind farm, and therefore a constant performance. These include published estimates from Arup (2016)<sup>[1]</sup> and DNV GL (2019)<sup>[2]</sup> as well as internal estimates informed by stakeholders and external commentators, such as Bloomberg<sup>[3]</sup>, Baringa<sup>[4]</sup>, Aurora<sup>[5]</sup>, and others. The use of prescription charges protects patients from changes in the underlying cost of individual medicines. Around 89% of prescriptions are dispensed free of charge and extensive arrangements are already in place to help people access NHS prescriptions, including a broad range of NHS prescription charge exemptions. To support those with the greatest need who do not qualify for an exemption, they can spread the cost of their prescriptions by purchasing prescription pre-payment certificates. However, the Government remains committed to improving protections for park home residents and will continue to build on the substantial improvements already made to the sector by the Mobile Homes Act 2013.</p><p>On 23 September, we delivered on our commitment to make Regulations introducing a fit and proper test for park home site owners or their manager. We are making progress on introducing further primary legislation as parliamentary time allows to deliver on other commitments set out in our 2018 response to the review of park homes legislation.</p><p>Following the meeting with the Hon.
