answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/09/2020 answer text <p>The requirements for tradespeople completing work under the scheme are in line with the requirements for the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme, requiring similar high standards of work, such as Publicly Available Specification (PAS) 2030 certification. Multiple measures can be installed in one home from both ECO and the Green Homes Grant (GHG) schemes.</p><p> </p><p>Millions of additional homes that would not be covered by ECO will be eligible to benefit from the GHG to deliver significant carbon reductions and thermal savings. Tradespeople must be registered with TrustMark, and certified with the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) where installing heating measures. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/09/2020 answer text <p>Clause 81 is a narrow power which will enable updates to the list of priority substances and their environmental quality standards for surface and ground waters after the end of the transition period. This will ensure that the list of substances used to assess the chemical status of water bodies does not become “frozen” when section 2(2) European Communities Act 1972 powers are no longer available.</p><p> </p><p>Updates to the list of priority substances will be informed by the latest scientific and technical knowledge. These sites are included within the definition of ‘national conservation sites’ as set out in the Environment Bill. National conservation sites are to be included within ‘habitat maps’, which will be part of local nature recovery strategies.</p><p> </p><p>More generally, the Office for Environmental Protection (OEP), established under the Environment Bill, will have a broad environmental remit. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/09/2020 answer text <p>The Non-Domestic RHI has provided support for over 20,000 renewable heating installations, creating green jobs, and helping to develop the GB renewable heating industry.</p><p> </p><p>The breadth and cost of an extension to the Non-Domestic RHI means that to provide good value for money for the taxpayer, we are applying a targeted approach in continuing support for the Non-Domestic low carbon heating industry.</p><p> </p><p>The Green Gas Support Scheme, due to launch Autumn 2021, is expected to help treble the level of green gas in the grid by 2030, creating further green jobs, particularly in rural areas. Sustained support for the industry will be provided through the new allocation of Tariff Guarantees, incentivising the more cost-effective Non-Domestic projects.</p><p> </p><p>We have also been keen to avoid potential job losses and damage to the industry that might result from delays due to Covid-19. The strategy demonstrates an overarching campaign to reduce obesity, takes forward actions from previous chapters of the childhood obesity plan and sets our measures to get the nation fit and healthy, protect against COVID-19 and protect the National Health Service.</p><p> </p><p>Our policies are informed by the latest research and emerging evidence, including from debates in Parliament and various reports from key stakeholders including the Health and Social Care Select Committee. The overwhelming majority of taxi and private hire vehicle drivers are self-employed and can therefore apply for a grant through the Self-Employment Income Support Scheme (SEISS). Over the two rounds of the scheme a total of up to <del class="ministerial">£14,250</del> <ins class="ministerial">£14,070</ins>has been made available to those eligible.</p><p> </p><p>Taxi and PHV drivers may also be eligible for Universal Credit, from 6 April the standard allowance available under the Universal Credit system was increased from £317.82 to £409.89 a month.
