answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/11/2019 answer text <p>​Tackling climate change in collaboration with international partners is a high priority of this government, as evidenced most recently by the Prime Minister's recent commitment to double the UK's International Climate Finance funding to at least £11.6 billion between 2021/22 and 2025/26. Strong diplomatic engagement lies at the heart of the whole-of-government efforts required to tackle climate change, and Climate Change and Energy (CCE) work is a network-wide priority. Every Head of Mission in our global network has climate change diplomacy as a personal priority, and a priority for their Post.</p><p>As the first G7 country to legislate for net zero by 2050, the UK is leading the world's response to tackling climate change. We have also modified our main grant schemes, to make them more accessible. We have announced additional funding for tree planting including £10 million for urban trees; £50 million for the Woodland Carbon Guarantee; and £5.7 million to kick-start the Northern Forest and the Woodland Carbon Fund is now open until 2022. The 25 YEP indicator framework will measure and evaluate ‘Healthy Soils’. We are currently funding research to develop these indicators and accompanying monitoring plans. These will further inform policy for tackling soil degradation. We are already taking action to enhance and protect soil. The Government launched the Seasonal Workers Pilot in April and all 2,500 non-EEA migrant workers have now been recruited for 2019. This pilot will continue to run in 2020 and is being evaluated for its ability to assist in alleviating labour shortages during peak production periods. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/11/2019 answer text <p>Following on from our Green Paper ‘Transforming children and young people’s mental health provision: a green paper’, we are incentivising every school or college to identify and train a Senior Lead for Mental Health and are creating new mental health support teams in and near schools and colleges. The mental health support teams are designed to provide low-level and early mental health interventions, to prevent more severe cases from developing and create a broader wellbeing culture in schools.</p><p> </p><p>We are aiming to cover 20-25% of the country with mental health support teams by 2023/24. We expect the first wave of trailblazer mental health support teams to be fully operational by the end of this year.</p><p> </p><p>The wider roll-out will be informed by the evaluation of the initial trailblazers. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/11/2019 answer text <p>The Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) is responsible for ensuring that only those who meet the required medical standards are issued with a driving licence.</p><p> </p><p>The DVLA considers all available medical evidence before making a decision. If a driving licence is revoked based on the medical information, the DVLA will always consider any further information that subsequently becomes available. If this demonstrates that the required medical standards can be met, the DVLA will investigate and, where appropriate, reinstate the driving entitlement. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/11/2019 answer text <p>All clients, regardless of their role within the scheme, have the right to request a decision be reconsidered by the Child Maintenance Service (CMS). Mandatory reconsideration rights only apply to decisions relating to child maintenance liability. The standard timescale in which a revision may be requested is within 30 days of the date of notification of the decision. Our policy is that a mandatory reconsideration will only happen once in respect of any particular decision, after which a client accrues the right to appeal to an independent tribunal.</p><p> </p><p>If a client requests a mandatory reconsideration, their child maintenance liability will remain in place as usual until a decision is made. Where a mandatory reconsideration or appeal is ongoing, the Service will continue to attempt collection of any debt that is not covered by the appeal.
