answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/07/2019 answer text <p>The Geospatial Commission launched two pilots in April 2019 (one led by Ordnance Survey in the North East of England; the other by the Greater London Authority in six local authorities in London) to test the feasibility of creating a national underground asset register showing the location of underground pipes, cables and ducts to help reduce costly utility strikes and improve worker safety. Both pilots are making good progress and are scheduled to complete on time in March 2020.</p><p>Regular programme updates are provided to relevant stakeholders. The outputs of the pilots will include a data sharing agreement framework, inventory reports of existing data, a common data model, recommended requirements for a national build and findings from use case testing. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/07/2019 answer text <p>On 1 April 2013, clinical commissioning groups (CCGs) replaced primary care trusts (PCTs) as the primary commissioner of National Health Service services in England.</p><p>Unlike PCTs, CCGs are clinically led, and so are better able to use clinical expertise to assess and prioritise those treatments that provide the safest and most effective outcomes for their population. Member on 8 July, it is difficult to put an exact date on when the Army will reach its full trade trained strength. However, the Army have a series of initiatives in place aimed at improving both recruitment and retention. These are starting to yield benefits but ensuring the Army is at the appropriate size requires sustained effort and investment. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/08/2019 answer text <p>The vast majority of employers are meeting their pension obligations under automatic enrolment, consistent with the legal framework established under the Pensions Act 2008. Where employers fail to comply with the law however, The Pensions Regulator (TPR) has a full range of powers to ensure employees get the pensions they are due.</p><p>TPR is aware of some employers that appear to have tried to avoid meeting their pension obligations by hiding behind a new name.
