answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/06/2019 answer text <p>The management of the Cornish wrasse fishery is the responsibility of the Cornwall Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority (IFCA). The Live Wrasse Fishing (Limited Permit) Byelaw 2018 safeguards the removal of wrasse by requiring vessel owners to hold an annual permit for their vessel to be used for taking, retaining or landing live wrasse.
