These include a broad range of NHS prescription charge exemptions, for which someone with asthma may qualify.</p><p>To support those with greatest need who do not qualify for an exemption, prescription prepayment certificates are available. This eliminates the risk of a near-term economic disruption as a result of leaving the EU without a deal before that date. The Government’s priority is to leave the EU with a deal as soon as possible, providing certainty for businesses and delivering a Brexit that best supports the economy and jobs. The Government has published extensive advice on the steps that businesses may need to take to prepare for our exit from the EU. British officials have raised this incident with Saudi officials, who have denied publicly that an airstrike took place, and British officials are urgently seeking information from all credible sources. We work closely with the Government of Mexico to support a broad human rights agenda. Through the Prosperity Fund, we support the consolidation of Mexico's new criminal justice and anti-corruption systems, by providing technical support to strengthen investigative capacities. In November 2018, during Mexico's Universal Periodic Review, the UK made recommendations to Mexico about accountability for human rights violations, independence of the National Prosecutor's Office and on addressing impunity for violence against human rights defenders.</p><p>Officials in our Embassy in Mexico City and ministers have contact with Civil Society Groups, including Christian Solidarity Worldwide, to help inform our understanding of the situation on the ground. Mexico has close to universal access to basic education. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/04/2019 answer text <p>Government is committed to helping elderly people acquire basic digital skills as part of our broader strategy to reduce digital exclusion as outlined in the Digital Strategy.</p><p> </p><p>The ‘Future Digital Inclusion’ programme delivered through Online Centres based in libraries and other community spaces has supported over 1 million adult learners to develop their basic digital skills, including elderly people.</p><p> </p><p>Government has also published plans to introduce an entitlement to full funding for basic digital courses from 2020, similar to the entitlements already in place for maths and English. This will provide adults of any age the opportunity to undertake improved qualifications based on new national standards free of charge.</p><p> </p><p>Through its £400,000 Digital Inclusion Innovation Fund, the Government is supporting three pilot projects aimed at addressing the digital exclusion of older and disabled people. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/04/2019 answer text <p>In 2017, through the UK's support to the UNICEF/UNFPA Global Programme to End Child Marriage, UK support reached 5,569 adolescent girls in Yemen with life skills training, information and services for psychosocial support.
