This strategy will ensure a coordinated and strategic approach to online media literacy education and awareness for children, young people and adults.</p><p> </p><p>Government is already working with trusted partners to raise awareness of the range of advice on offer to help parents. This includes guidance from many organisations such as Parent Info, Internet Matters, and the UK Safer Internet Centre. The Department for International Development (DFID) is a long-term supporter of the International Social and Environmental Accreditation and Labelling Alliance (ISEAL Alliance), the umbrella organisation for standards systems such as Fairtrade, and is one of the founding members of the Living Income Community of Practice. We support the development of standards that help smallholder farmers reach a decent standard of living. DFID also supports the Ethical Trading Initiative, a multi-stakeholder body working with UK food retailers, suppliers, trade unions and civil society to implement International Labour Organisation standards in global value chains, including cocoa.</p><p> </p><p>The UK has a strong history of protecting human rights in business and promoting our values globally. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/04/2019 answer text <p>The Government has made a commitment to increase overall investment in R&amp;D to 2.4% of GDP by 2027, which would be the highest recorded level, and 3% in the longer-term. As part of this, UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) funds research into animal feed and agriculture more widely. However funding is not generally ringfenced for specific research areas and is decided based on the quality of the application.</p><p> </p><p>Innovate UK, now part of UKRI, has provided investment to the Centre for Innovation Excellence in Livestock (CIEL) to cover the start-up costs required to bring together a research base of 12 leading UK academic institutions and over 45 industry partners. Only if the offender refuses to pay, and the council believes it is worth pursuing, would the case be sent to county court and recorded as a ‘specified money claim’. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/04/2019 answer text <p>Ministers within the Department for Education have regular discussions with the Home Office on ways to ensure the UK remains an attractive study destination, and the UK already has a strong offer for overseas students who graduate in the UK. International graduates can remain in the UK to work following their studies by switching to several existing visa routes, including Tier 2 (skilled worker) visas.</p><p>As you will be aware, the Immigration White Paper, published in December 2018, proposes increasing the post-study leave period for international students following completion of studies to 12 months for those completing a PhD, and to 6 months for all full-time postgraduate and undergraduate students at institutions with degree awarding powers. These proposals go beyond recommendations set out in the Migration Advisory Committee’s report and will benefit tens of thousands of international students. During the Home Office’s 12-month engagement programme on the Immigration White Paper, business and stakeholders from a wide range of sectors, including the Higher Education sector, will be able to feed in their views on white paper proposals.</p><p>In addition, the International Education Strategy, published on 16 March 2019, sets out actions to continue to provide a welcoming environment for international students, and includes our ambition to increase the number of international students we host to 600,000 by 2030.
