We have made clear our disappointment with the decision, and reiterated the UK’s continued commitment to the Paris Agreement as the right global framework for protecting the prosperity and security of future generations, while keeping energy affordable and secure for our citizens and businesses. A further £63m for drought relief in Somalia is currently being allocated.
