answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/01/2017 answer text <p>Subject to Parliamentary approval of the relevant provisions in Finance Billl 2017, the text of the World Health Organisation Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products will be laid before Parliament as a Command Paper with an Explanatory Memorandum. The current plans are to do this within 8 weeks of Royal Assent. Where staff are not able to move, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) will look at redeployment options, including in other government departments. Exit packages will only be considered when it is established that moving office or redeployment is not an option.
