<p>The Department for International Trade does not hold the requested information for trade in Welsh goods and services. According to departmental analysis of ONS statistics, approximately 11% of UK goods exports benefitted from reduced or zero tariffs under trade agreements between the EU and third countries in 2015. This figure takes into account preferential agreements that are not free trade agreements.</p>
